Thimphu TechPark (TTP) - Bhutan's first IT Park - is being developed by a joint venture comprising Assetz Property Group, Singapore and Druk Holdings & Investments, which holds and manages commercial companies of the Royal Government of Bhutan, including Bhutan Telecom and Druk Green Power Corporation.

TTP is the anchor scheme of the overall IT strategy for the country, with all aspects of the design being sympathetic to the environment and cultural sustainability objectives of Bhutan. It is promoted by the Royal Government of Bhutan and supported by the World Bank.

About TTP

TTP is located in Thimphu, Bhutan's capital and is being developed as a 250,000 square feet IT-focused mixed use development spread over 18 acres.
